THE JOB:
The Executive Director of VIP Services leads the strategic direction and daily operations of VIP guest experiences, ensuring exceptional service and financial performance. This role oversees Luxury Experience, VIP Lounge, Villa Services, and high-end Suite products, maintaining a culture of excellence while driving staff development. Responsibilities include aligning guest services with the highest standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall VIP experience. Duties may vary by location but consistently focus on elevating luxury hospitality and delivering unparalleled guest satisfaction.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

The Executive Director of VIP Services fosters collaboration across key departments, including Casino Marketing, Convention Sales & Services, Facilities, Security, Housekeeping, and F&B, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. This role partners with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans, identify revenue growth opportunities, and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining budget integrity.

A key focus is on building a high-performing management team dedicated to guest service excellence, employee engagement, financial responsibility, and asset management. Leveraging performance metrics from sources like GEMGuest View, TripAdvisor, Yelp, AAA Five Diamond, and Forbes Travel Guide, the Executive Director drives continuous improvement through process enhancements, targeted training, and employee performance initiatives.

Additionally, this role develops and executes market-driven strategies that strengthen the property’s competitive edge, optimize operational efficiency, and maximize revenue to exceed budgeted objectives and long-term profitability.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with at least two years of management experience in hotel operations. They have 2+ years’ experience in VIP Services, Front Desk, and/or Concierge, demonstrating expertise in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This individual excels in strategic planning and project management, effectively balancing multiple priorities while making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. They are a strong leader with proven abilities in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making, ensuring seamless operations and service excellence.
