Role Overview:
The Transformation Program Management Office (PMO) Director is responsible for leading and overseeing organizational transformation initiatives. This role involves driving change and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives. The Director will focus on developing and executing transformation strategies, managing project budgets and timelines, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The role requires a deep understanding of the differences between a Transformation Office (TMO) and a Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective delivery and realization of transformative change.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive transformation strategies, managing project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Collaborate with corporate functions, business groups, and stakeholders at all levels to drive change and achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain executive-level engagement, transparency, and accountability for transformation delivery.
- Foster a collaborative synergy between the TMO and PMO to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in delivering transformation and non-transformation projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives and change management within professional services or similar environments.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive collaboration and influence decision-making at the executive level.
