Qualifications
What We're Looking For
The Executive Director is responsible for leading, administering, and directing all community operations through a strong leadership team while ensuring the highest standards of resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial stewardship.
- Texas Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) license strongly preferred
- Five or more years of senior living leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading multi-level senior living communities
- Proven ability to develop, engage, and retain high-performing teams
- Strong financial and operational management experience
- Demonstrated record of innovation and resident-centered leadership
- Experience reducing employee turnover and building strong workplace culture
- Ability to lead through change and expansion initiatives
- Eden Alternative experience is a plus!
