Job SummaryThis position is responsible for the overall success and management of a specified product or products is the primary brand owner or business owner and is accountable for the viability and visibility of the assigned product(s). Develop the product management strategies for the assigned product(s) from inception to launch. Partners with senior leaders and subject matters experts throughout the enterprise to ensure effective strategies, sales plans, business case execution, and implementation strategies of existing products.Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership direction to drive implementation of product strategy assuming the role of Product Strategist. Plan Experts and Decision Makers in the evaluation and development of product line innovation and strategy for existing products.
2. Responsible for providing strategic focus and information to Plan Experts by maintaining constant awareness of industry trends and proactively recommending next generation of products and seeing them through to conclusion.
3. Interact with diverse audiences to enable the identification, validation, and resolution of business needs across multiple segments and various organizational levels.
4. Evaluate current and potential market, product, and brand positions for the Enterprise product portfolio and service areas based on product reporting, analytics, and competitive market research.
5. Lead ongoing monitoring and analysis of product line results and lead Enterprise-wide activities to ensure corporate sales and retention goals are appropriately supported by product development activities.
6. Manage product line to ensure strategic initiatives are integrated and supported across the enterprise appropriately.
7. Provide Leadership to capitalize and leverage enterprise knowledge, functionality, and processes.
8. Lead multifunctional team that supports strategy, product management, product development (of existing products), supporting plans and aid problem solving. Interface with External Business Relationships are to coordinate vendor capability solutions to address product business needs.
9. Provide support and guidance and problem resolution for Enterprise wide product administration that includes collaboration on local product administration, new product implementation and installation.
10. Prepare and manage budget and ensure expenses are within budget limits.
11. Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.
12. Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.
13. Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
14. Maintain communication with management regarding developments within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree in Business or Health Administration and 15 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment OR 19 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting
* 7 years management experience.
* Experience with enterprise-wide project coordination, project management, facilitation, presentation, and leadership experience.
* Knowledge of field sales operations and business strategies in the insurance industry.
* Experience with budget management including managing outside consultants.
* Experience leading and mentoring staff.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
