The Executive Director, Physician Services, serves as the senior operational leader and general manager of a multi-state rheumatology platform. This executive is responsible for driving organizational growth, financial performance, operational excellence, clinical quality, patient access, and patient experience while partnering closely with physician and executive leadership.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi-state physician services organization, ensuring alignment between business goals and execution
- Lead growth initiatives, provider expansion, service line development, and market expansion opportunities
- Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, expense management, and provider productivity
- Partner with physician and executive leadership to establish organizational priorities, performance goals, and key metrics
- Oversee physician practice operations, APP services, clinic operations, patient access, quality performance, compliance, revenue cycle, contracting, and credentialing
- Provide strategic oversight of ancillary services, including infusion, laboratory, and diagnostic testing operations
- Foster a high-performing culture through leadership development, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across all locations

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including leadership within multi-site physician practice operations
- Demonstrated success leading financial performance, operational excellence, provider operations, and organizational growth
- Proven ability to partner with physicians and executive leaders to achieve strategic, clinical, and business objectives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in rheumatology, specialty physician practices, infusion services, or multispecialty medical groups
- Experience overseeing ancillary services and value-based care initiatives

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
