About the Role:As the Executive Director of C‑Suite Memberships at The Wall Street Journal, you'll lead strategic engagement and growth of our high-profile C‑Suite membership portfolio. You will serve as the primary senior contact for the world’s most influential business leaders and their executive teams, representing WSJ’s premium leadership offerings..
You Will:Develop and execute a high-impact outreach strategy targeting C‑Suite executives with personalized, value-driven engagement.
Lead key outbound channels, calls, email, and in-person meetings; to grow a robust pipeline and ensure consistent success in new membership acquisition
Partner closely with senior internal executives (editorial, research, events, marketing) to align messaging and elevate the membership experience.
Continuously monitor industry C‑Suite trends to inform customized membership approaches, strategic positioning, and product enhancements.
Mentor and guide junior membership leads and account professionals, elevating performance and knowledge-sharing.
Proven leadership experience (15+ years) in executive-level sales, account management, or membership growth roles—preferably within media, business services, B2B events, or premium subscriptions.
Demonstrated success cultivating C‑Suite relationships and delivering strategic, consultative solutions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging at the CEO/Chairman level.
Data-driven mindset; capable of analyzing business trends, sales metrics, and client feedback to guide decisions.
Strong interpersonal and influence skills, with a knack for aligning cross-functional stakeholders in both client and internal settings.
Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of juggling competing priorities and long-term strategic initiatives.
