About this role:
Executive Director, Information Security Senior Manager is responsible for leading a team of high-performing technology experts to drive the organization’s enterprise security strategy across cloud environments, multi-factor authentication (MFA) and modern authentication mechanisms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing authentication solutions, securing cloud infrastructure, and enforcing identity-centric security controls to protect enterprise resources and data. This role requires a strong technical foundation in modern identity and access management, cloud platform, secure authentication protocols, and role-based access control.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and lead the organization's IAM Strategy and roadmap, align with enterprise security and digital transformation goals.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of IAM systems, including Identity Governance (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Lead a team of IAM experts and analysts responsible for identity lifecycle management, access and authentication systems.
- Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, HR, and business teams to enhance IAM processes, automation, and efficiency to ensure IAM solutions meet technical and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures for access management role-based access control (RBAC) and identity federation.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IAM platforms through continuous improvement and monitoring.
- Oversee IAM integrations with cloud platforms (i.e. Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise applications (i.e. Workday)
- Monitor IAM trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- 5+ years in a senior IAM role
Desired Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Technology or Business controls experience
- 5+ years related work experience in financial industry operations or systems.
- Proven experience managing and deploying enterprise IAM platforms (i.e. SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, CyberArk, ForgeRock)
- Strong understanding of IAM protocols and standards: SAML, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP, RADIUS, Kerberos.
- Experience with IAM in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and cross functional projects.
- Strong Communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to conceptualize, drive and deliver multiple concurrent projects on time
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant information security professional certifications.
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Must be available to work onsite in a hybrid model in one of the work locations listed. Remote work is not available for this role.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
