POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Director of HR Business Partnership to lead and support the Corporate Functions within our health system. This role will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leaders across key departments such as Finance, IT, Legal, and Administration, ensuring HR strategies align with organizational goals and promote an exceptional employee experience.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to Corporate Function leaders, developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
- Lead a team of HRBPs, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- Oversee talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with senior executives to address organizational challenges, drive change management efforts, and promote a culture of equity and inclusion.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, providing guidance on complex employee relations matters.
- Design and implement innovative HR programs and practices that align with the health system's mission and values.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor HR effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development teams to meet the evolving needs of the Corporate Functions.

Job Requirements
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

EXPERIENCE:
10+ years of progressive HR or related business experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA):
- Ability to partner with senior executives and influence organizational strategy.
- Strong expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design.
- Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations, preferably in the healthcare or health system industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and navigate change effectively.
