As the Executive Director, Operations Transformation Leader within the Human Resources Operational Team, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our operational processes and systems. You will have a demonstrated history of successfully leading large-scale transformation projects. Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive operations transformation strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate across a wide range of functions to identify and prioritize transformation initiatives that will enable us to re-imagine our way of working.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute transformation, leveraging cutting edge capabilities
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for operational enhancements and delivering scale
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent development, and organizational culture
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to build support and drive commitment to transformation goals.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
- Monitor and report on progress, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in operations management
- 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects.
- Strong background in data, human resources, with experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
