As an Executive Director in Media Strategy & Investment, you will shape how millions of consumers discover, engage with, and choose J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. You will lead media strategy across brand-building and direct-response initiatives, connecting upper-funnel awareness efforts with measurable acquisition outcomes. Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven media leader with strong analytics experience to oversee media planning, investment, and performance across our wealth management business. You will be responsible for developing integrated media strategies that build awareness, increase consideration, drive qualified demand, and support client acquisition objectives. This role requires a strong balance of brand-building expertise, performance marketing experience, analytical rigor, and leadership capability.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive media strategy that aligns brand, acquisition, and business growth objectives.
- Lead media investment decisions across channels including TV, paid search, social, video, streaming, programmatic, partnerships, and emerging platforms.
- Optimize performance marketing programs to drive qualified leads, client acquisition, and marketing efficiency.
- Design brand media strategies that increase awareness, consideration, and preference among priority audiences.
- Partner with finance and analytics teams to establish measurement frameworks, attribution approaches, and testing strategies that inform profitable investment decisions.
