JOB PURPOSE
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic
planning and implementation for enterprise development and setting clear
objectives, defining strategies, and aligning resources to drive growth and
sustainability.
Program
management and implementation oversight to ensure that enterprise development
initiatives are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Evaluation
and monitoring of enterprise development initiatives to assess their impact,
effectiveness, and adherence to predefined metrics and goals.
Capacity
building for research, process engineering and knowledge management to enhance
the BURS evolution and elevation to international standards.
Be
the knowledge bank and manager of all technical skills to assist business
continuity and availability of key capability and develop a knowledge library
for BURS .
Budget
management and resource allocation, careful planning, monitoring, and
optimization of financial resources to maximize the impact of enterprise
development programs.
Development
of the quality management model and adoption of such by BURS for maximum
service to internal and external clients.
Compliance
with regulatory requirements and standards to ensure that enterprise
development activities adhere to legal, ethical, and industry-specific
regulations and guidelines.
Team
leadership and development by inspiring, motivating, and empowering team
members to achieve shared goals, foster collaboration, and foster a culture of
continuous improvement.
Performance
reporting and accountability which entails transparently documenting and
communicating progress, outcomes, and impacts of enterprise development
initiatives to stakeholders and ensuring accountability for results achieved.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A Master's Degree in either business
administration, strategic management, economics, finance, or any related field.
- Minimum
of 10 years relevant work experience in enterprise development, strategy development or related field with a minimum of 5 years in a management capacity
