Job Description
As an Executive Director - EMEA Client Reporting (part of Global Client Reporting) you will be responsible for leading a newly consolidated team, integrating onboarding and strategic partnership activities across our Institutional and Fund reporting functions to ensure seamless client experience. This role is pivotal in driving a more integrated approach to client reporting solutions, encompassing both onboarding and ongoing relationship oversight. The successful candidate will manage a diverse team, enhance collaboration, streamline operations, and ensure comprehensive client coverage across all reporting channels.
The role will have direct responsibility for six London-based resources (Analyst to Vice President), with broader influence over approximately thirty India-based team members. The scope includes oversight of key reporting channels, for example Sub-Advisory, Insurance, Sovereign, and Institutional Fund clients, and will require support for solutioning complex client needs. Given the global nature of our client base, engagement with stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and APAC will be essential to ensure local client and business requirements are understood and met.
Job responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of subject matter experts (SMEs) across London and India, integrating onboarding and strategic partnership activities into the broader reporting function.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, promoting knowledge sharing, professional growth, and clear ownership of tasks.
  • Oversee end-to-end client reporting processes, ensuring seamless execution from initial onboarding through ongoing relationship management.
  • Streamline operations by eliminating duplication and bottlenecks, aligning resources to effectively support key reporting channels and evolving client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including strategic partners and clients. Engage with global stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and APAC to ensure local client and business needs are met.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving process enhancements to improve reporting quality, accuracy, and timeliness, whilst solutioning for complex client needs. Influence senior stakeholders, support key business objectives, and lead the team through change.
  • Act as a senior point of escalation for complex reporting issues and client queries. Represent the team in senior management forums and contribute to broader business initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments, ensuring the team remains agile and responsive to change. Develop relevant management insights to inform decisions.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Prior experience in asset management is required; reporting experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and strong stakeholder engagement, ideally across global locations.
  • Demonstrable aptitude for managing complex solutions with a client focus, including experience with asset management data sets and data flows. Prior experience or exposure to domains such as Investment Accounting, Portfolio Analytics and Funds Data is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate across existing data, platform and available technical capabilities and help prioritize identified enhancements
  • Solution-oriented, inquisitive, and self-driven, with the ability to work with cross-border teams and ensure clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage teams through change. Collaborative approach, fostering a culture of continuous improvements
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage a global stakeholder group.
  • Ability to drive team performance and improve operational excellence, people leadership and team development
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Operational efficiency and process optimisation, stakeholder management and influencing.
  • Adaptability and resilience, ability to navigate across multiple teams and regions to enable solutions.
