This role will shape the future of healthcare through technology—creating intuitive, engaging digital experiences that empower patients to manage prescriptions, understand benefits, navigate chronic conditions, and take control of their health.
This leader will oversee the UX/UI design team for Enterprise Products, setting strategic design objectives and driving design vision and direction. Collaborates with product managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership to align design efforts with business objectives and user goals. Sets creative direction, mentors and inspires designers, and oversees the design process from concept to execution. Participates in design strategy, resource allocation, and evaluating the impact of design decisions on user engagement and product success.
What you will do
Communicates strategically with cross-functional teams to define digital UX design strategies and prioritize design initiatives.
Delivers user research, usability testing, and analysis of user feedback to inform and validate digital design decisions.
Influences the organization's digital design culture by advocating for user-centered design principles and fostering a design-focused mindset among team members and stakeholders.
Leads workshops and ideation sessions to generate innovative digital design ideas and foster creativity within the team.
Collaborates with user researchers, data analysts, and other digital UX team members to synthesize insights into design decisions.
Contributes to business objectives by staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative digital design solutions where applicable.
Develops relationships with leaders, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and facilitate successful implementations.
Develops a team of digital UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence in design.
Administers strategic leadership and vision for the digital UX design team, aligning design efforts with business goals and user needs.
Minimum Requirements
10-15 years work experience
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$175,100.00 - $334,750.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
