Job Summary
As Executive Director in digital analytics team, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for enterprise-wide digital analytics measurement, ensuring measurement rigor and product excellence across Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and related SaaS tooling. You will drive the adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of analytics platforms supporting 150+ applications, shaping the future of data-driven decision-making at the firm. This is a highly visible leadership role, requiring strategic influence, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for innovation in analytics.
Job Responsibilities
  • Setting and executing the long-term vision and strategy for digital analytics measurement and platform excellence, aligned with firmwide business objectives.
  • Championing a culture of measurement rigor, data quality, and actionable insights across the organization.
  • Serving as executive sponsor and thought leader for analytics measurement, representing the firm in industry forums and with external partners.
  • Overseeing the full lifecycle management of Adobe Analytics, CJA, and related SaaS analytics tools to deliver maximum business value and user satisfaction.
  • Leading the migration and integration strategy from Adobe Analytics to CJA, ensuring seamless transitions, data integrity, and minimal business disruption.
  • Developing and maintaining strategic product roadmaps, managing prioritization of enhancements, and driving innovation in analytics capabilities.
  • Establishing and enforcing enterprise-wide governance, standards, and best practices for analytics measurement, data quality, privacy, and compliance.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with senior business leaders, technology partners, and product teams to drive alignment and platform adoption.
  • Monitoring platform performance, usage, and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance reliability, scalability, and user experience.
  • Overseeing the development and delivery of training, communication, and support programs, while representing the firm in external industry groups and thought leadership activities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, digital analytics, or related fields, with deep expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and SaaS analytics platforms.
  • Proven track record as a Product Owner or Product Manager for enterprise-scale analytics platforms, including platform administration, stakeholder management, and lifecycle ownership.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale platform migrations, integrations, and upgrades in complex, global environments.
  • Strong strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills, with a history of influencing at the executive level and driving adoption across large, diverse user groups.
  • Expertise in establishing and enforcing governance, standards, and best practices for analytics measurement, data quality, privacy, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, training, and change management skills, with the ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements for analytics tools.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and SaaS contracts at scale.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Analytics).
  • Experience supporting analytics platforms at enterprise scale (100+ applications or business units).
  • Recognized thought leader in digital analytics, with active participation in industry forums, conferences, or professional communities.
  • Certification in product management or analytics (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Google Analytics IQ).
  • Strong network of industry leaders and influencers in analytics and data measurement.
