The Role

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking to hire an Executive Director for Change Management to support Global Payments & Liquidity Operations, internally known as Change Implementation Senior Manager in the organization. The role is responsible for focusing on preparing, equipping and supporting individuals (internal and external) to adopt and use the changes which includes the design and implementation plans for business changes, products, and transformations.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop teams of change implementation consultants and managers to successfully execute planning solution preparation
  • Engage and influence peers, risk, compliance, and executive level management to sustainable change
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for initiatives, strategy, and sustainability of change
  • Examine information, interpret results, and identify trends
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Change Management team to meet successful implementation of deliverables
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures for change implementation
  • Collaborate with and influence peers, risk, compliance, and executive level managers, interact directly with clients
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Change Implementation
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Graduate or a Postgraduate in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Thorough understanding of Global Payments & Liquidity business, products, and services.
  • Strong people management professional experience.
  • Strong Change Management, Project Management professional experience, required.
  • Professional experience of managing large group of associates driving transformation leading to efficiencies and enhanced client experience.
  • Great professional experience working in a Shared Services, Banking & Finance, or BPO work environment, required.

Job Expectations:

  • Lead a large team in Global Payments & Liquidity Group to maintain productivity and quality SLAs.
  • Meet business priorities by driving transformation leading to efficiencies and enhanced client experience.
  • Flexible to work on mid and night shifts, weekends off.
  • Amenable to work onsite, 5/Neo, BGC, Taguig.
