Job Responsibilities :
- Creating reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support key stakeholders across departments
- Extract, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel & Metabase
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract data from various relational database
- Present & collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making
- Lead the end-to-end commission calculation and payout process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop, validate, and maintain commission models aligned with business objectives.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, insights, or market research, preferably within the FMCG or Logistics industry.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL or similar software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in reporting and data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
