Role Summary and Impact 

Your Global Media Career, Centred in Malaysia. Join WPP Media’s Regional Operations Centre (ROC) in Kuala Lumpur, our dynamic hub for delivering world-class media operations and strategy to global clients.

This is a hands-on execution role responsible for supporting the day-to-day activation, optimisation, and reporting of paid media campaigns across social and search platforms. You ensure campaigns are set up correctly, monitored closely, and optimised effectively, while delivering accurate reporting and actionable insights.  

Work closely with your Senior Executive and Performance Manager, you will build foundational excellence in campaign operations within luxury's brand portfolio. 

Key Deliverables 

  • Daily campaign monitoring logs and pacing updates. 
  • Weekly performance summaries for internal and client WIP calls. 
  • Campaign QA checklists ensuring zero-error setup. 
  • Weekly reporting reports with data accuracy checks. 
  • Support for post-campaign reports (PCRs) and test summaries. 

Success Measures 

  • Zero-error campaign setup and launch. 
  • Timely and accurate reporting across all assigned campaigns. 
  • Proactive identification of delivery risks and performance anomalies. 
  • Consistent execution quality across markets and platforms. 
  • Positive contribution to team knowledge-sharing and operational improvement. 

 

Skills and Experience 

  • 0–1 year of experience in digital media, paid performance, or media agency environment; fresh graduates with strong internship experience welcome. 
  • Foundational knowledge of social and search advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads). 
  • Strong attention to detail with high standards for accuracy in data and reporting. 
  • Proactive communicator who flags issues early and follows through on actions. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across clients and markets in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Curiosity about the digital media landscape and eagerness to learn. 
  • Interest in luxury and premium brands is a plus.
