The Role

Role Overview

As a CRM executive, you’ll support the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM and SNS (social) initiatives for the SEA market. You’ll report to a CRM team lead and work closely with the marketing and tech support teams to drive traffic and boost conversion.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage CRM channels including app push, EDM, and other lifecycle communication touchpoints.
  2. Plan, execute, and optimize CRM and social activities tailored to SEA & EN market needs.
  3. Draft and localize clear, engaging copy for app push, EDM, and social content.
  4. Segment users by behavior, interest, and lifecycle stage to deliver targeted and personalized CRM messaging.
  5. Coordinate with the campaign team to push for relevant topics.
  6. Coordinate with the design team or use basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) to produce visuals for CRM and social posts.
  7. Manage and update KKday’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.) to build and maintain a strong brand presence.
  8. Develop and support monthly social media content calendars, including seasonal and campaign-based postings.
  9. Track and report performance metrics for both CRM and SNS (open rate, CTR, conversions, impressions, engagement, follows, unsubscribes) and share insights for improvements.

Requirements

  • Based in Malaysia.
  • Related background in Tourism or E-commerce (>1 year)
  • Related background in CRM, Social & Content Marketing or a related field. (1 year)
  • Good verbal and non-verbal skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Data-driven, superior attention to detail
  • Able to use design tools like canva, adobe is an advantage.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance.
