About the Role:
Reporting directly to the SVP, Technology Operations for Dow Jones, the Technology Executive Coordinator will undertake a range of activities in support of strategic planning and initiatives across the organization. Your job duties include coordinating key events for Product and Technology executives, including calendar management, travel and expense management, overseeing the daily activities of the executive office area, event coordination, and developing agendas in support of executive briefings. This role will be integral in driving change across a variety of business units, adapting to new processes and growing the culture within the organization. Candidates need to have strong operational, organizational, and communication skills to excel in this role.
You Will:
- Report directly to the SVP, Technology Operations with additional support responsibilities for executive leaders in Product and Engineering, focusing on scheduling, travel and expenses.
- Support and influence the planning and execution of business events, team offsites and meetings hosted or attended by the Technology Leadership Team.
- Assist SVP, Technology Operations in organizing staff meetings, town halls, off sites and weekly/quarterly meetings, and in compiling agendas and materials for such meetings.
- Assist with the execution of cultural initiatives to enhance team culture (such as hackathons, ways of working, onboarding, swag, internships, and wellness initiatives), utilize feedback from across the team to identify new department-wide initiatives, and partner with COS to align on strategy and execution.
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in project management or senior-level executive support
- Experience working with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
- Ability to operate independently with excellent time management skills and confirmed ability to deliver on multiple, competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively interact with people and partners across all levels within the organization
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in NYC office

Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000
