We’re hiring an Executive Coordinator who thrives on organization, clear communication, and getting things done. You'll work directly with our CEO to streamline scheduling, enhance productivity, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
What you’ll do:
- Manage Scheduling: Coordinate meetings with internal teams, external sellers, and consultants. Own meeting logistics from planning through follow-up.
- Organize Emails: Prioritize and manage the CEO’s email inbox, highlight urgent messages, and draft responses to ensure efficient communication.
- Administrative Support: Keep calendars updated, maintain accurate contacts, and prepare clear agendas for meetings.
- Ensure Clear Communication: Act as a reliable liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
- Track Tasks: Stay ahead of deadlines by monitoring ongoing tasks, proactively following up, and driving results.
