Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
What you’ll doAbout the teamAs part of Exec Content & Experiences–the team in PMM that creates highly personalized, carefully crafted executive experiences for enterprise leaders–the Executive Content team creates the narratives, content systems, and speaker experiences that define how Stripe tells our story to those leaders. Our content connects product capabilities, market trends, and customer insights to help C-suite executives understand and act on the full potential of Stripe's platform. We work closely with Sales, Exec Marketing, PMM, Product, Comms, and Design to ensure every briefing is compelling, accurate, and unmistakably Stripe.
Responsibilities- Craft executive content. Write the slide decks, speaker guides, and discussion materials Stripe uses in the Executive Briefing Center (EBC), advisory boards, executive summits, and other c-suite facing channels, working from priorities set by PMM and leadership.
- Spearhead new content. Spot what's missing and build it: new angles on a product story, a format that isn't working, a topic we should own but don't yet. Come up with a compelling new idea and build it.
- Keep the library current. Update existing content on a regular cadence, or when products change, deals close, or customers give us actionable feedback.
- Attend EBCs and other customer events in person for continuous feedback, and translate what you hear into concrete improvements to content, speaker preparation, and our overall approach.
- Be an expert on the industry and our users. Stay current on market trends and news, consult with analysts, understand what Stripe is publishing or saying externally, and research the Stripe leaders and customers who will engage with your content.
- Run the EBC speaker’s bureau: maintain a curated roster, map discussion leaders to the right narratives, and prep them for briefings.
- Work across Stripe. Partner fluidly with Exec Marketing, the EBC team, PMM, Product, Sales, Comms, and Design to ensure content excellence, accuracy, and relevance; bring the presence and range to work effectively with senior leaders.
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements- 5+ years in executive communications, product marketing, consulting, or sales enablement (or equivalent experience) creating C-level content.
- A storyteller. You craft crisp, insight-led executive narratives that translate complex products and technical concepts into business outcomes. Exceptional writing, deck-building, and verbal communication.
- Design with taste and craft. Bring visual design and slide skills, and a strong point of view to the work; collaborate with Brand Studio and demo producers as an active creative partner.
- Structured and strategic. You bring order to complexity, building frameworks, content architectures, and modular decks that scale across industries, segments, and use cases.
- A partner to leaders. You know how to coach executives and subject-matter experts to show up well in high-stakes rooms. You can translate a complex narrative into clear, tailored speaker guidance, and you have the presence and credibility to give direct, useful feedback to senior leaders.
- You’re proactive and pragmatic. You consistently identify what's missing before it becomes a problem, and you arrive with specific ideas: new content formats, better ways to structure a story or pair a speaker with a moment, and improve the system around the work.
- Collaborative. You build strong relationships across Design, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Comms; you have the stakeholder management, executive presence, and interpersonal range to work fluidly with both detail-oriented collaborators and time-pressed senior leaders.
- Familiarity with EBC programs, sales enablement platforms, or other executive engagement events
- Experience building and running a speaker's bureau or executive speaker program
- Experience with content analytics and measurement frameworks for exec-level content
- Background in financial services, payments, or enterprise B2B technology
