How you'll make an impact:

As an Executive Content Designer for the Office of the CEO, you will create high-impact visual assets that elevate the CEO’s communications, presentations, and strategic initiatives. This role requires a refined design aesthetic and strong visual storytelling skills.

Reporting to the CEO’s Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO and key stakeholders to develop polished presentations that align with the company’s vision and messaging. Your designs will be instrumental in shaping the CEO’s external presence and internal leadership communications.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the design of event content end-to-end where the CEO is speaking, traveling to the events when necessary to facilitate real-time changes
  • Own the end-to-end look and feel of external-facing content, with extreme attention to detail and consistency
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams as well as external agencies to craft keynote content and customer materials, aligning with the CEO on direction, tone, and key messages
  • Ensure all materials and communications have a consistent voice
  • Act as a business owner, proactively identifying additional communication needs and solving them

The Experience you bring:

  • 4+ years of graphic design experience supporting corporate functions
  • Expert understanding of layout, visual design, and typography for executive materials and presentations
  • Expert level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint, and Google Slides
  • Experience in the implementation of brand guidelines
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally internally and with external creative agencies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability or aptitude to communicate at the executive level
  • Working understanding of B2B technology operating models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take complex concepts and distill them into compelling prose
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior-level executives is a plus
  • Willingness to flex responsibilities and scope based on needs
  • Ability to travel up to 15%  to facilitate real-time changes

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $110,000 - $155,000 annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
