The Executive Compensation Specialist supports the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Reporting into the VP, Total Rewards, this role will work closely with HR leaders, the global stock administration team, and external compensation consultants to provide insights and recommendations on executive pay structures and practices.What You'll Do:

Compensation Analysis and Benchmarking:

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to evaluate the competitiveness of executive compensation packages.
  • Analyze compensation survey data to determine appropriate market rates and trends.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of compensation data for benchmarking purposes.

Program Design and Administration:

  • Assist in the design and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, bonuses, equity awards, and other incentives.
  • Prepare detailed compensation models and scenarios to support decision-making by senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to executive compensation.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare executive compensation reports, presentations, and materials for the Compensation Committee and senior management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of executive compensation plans and agreements.
  • Support with the filing of proxy statements and other regulatory disclosures related to executive compensation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with HR business partners, finance, legal, and external consultants to gather and analyze data.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR leadership on executive compensation matters.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on executive compensation practices and trends.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance executive compensation processes and systems.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of executive compensation programs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, with a focus on executive compensation strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with executive compensation concepts, including equity compensation
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements, such as SEC guidelines and tax implications of executive compensation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and diverse data sets.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification is a plus.
