We’re looking for the right person to join our Executive Communications team as a Keynote Operations Manager. This is not a typical technology company executive communications role! Our company is designed to evolve quickly to address new opportunities, making ongoing internal and external communication of our business strategy a top priority.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work directly with NVIDIA’s most senior leaders on internal and external communications.

  • You’ll help steward and lead key day-to-day operations for the executive communications team including inbound inquiries, logistics, meeting with teams across the company to vet requests and brief senior leadership.

  • Partner with our extraordinary event’s team to complete internal and external global productions

  • Oversee all technical, event services and broadcast production of our corporate public keynotes, internal company meetings and external engagements

  • Manage the executive communication calendar ensuring critical teams across the company are aware of deadlines, creative assets requested and proper amplification

  • Brief and arm our executive spokespeople in tandem with our communications team with industry knowledge relevant to their commitment.

What we need to see:

  • Creative and dedicated individual with 7 to 10 years experience in the live-event, creative agency or public relations field, focused on the tech-industry is a bonus

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

  • Ability to multitask, be detailed oriented and extremely organized while meeting tight deadlines under pressure and driving teams to implement

  • Collaborate with dynamic senior executives and stay cool in fast paced situations

  • Work independently and follow process with minimal supervision

  • Must be available to travel for week-long periods about four-five times per year

  • Product launch or high-profile event experience involving elaborate A/V, stage sets, streaming/ broadcast

  • Marketing-minded, not just project-minded

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 224,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
