Accountabilities:
Managing Project Contracts
- Track project milestones, advances, deductions, and contract variations to ensure alignment with agreed contractual terms.
- Issue & maintain records for dispatch and manufacturing clearances with various vendors.
Billing & Invoicing
- Process the invoices of the vendors in Oracle system based on milestone completion and agreed payment schedules and follow-up for the timely payment of the invoices.
Right of Way (ROW) Payments tracking
- Create and maintain a master data sheet for Right of Way (ROW) activities, including associated cost details.
- Review and validate ROW payment requests based on the received documentation.
Contract Closure
- Execute final reconciliation of advances, balance supply materials, and outstanding payments.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Commerce Graduate with fluency in MS Office.

- Overall experience: 1+ year
