WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Support internal stakeholders to analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document process flows.
- Assist in developing and refining business cases for process improvement and automation initiatives under guidance from senior team members.
- Support the maintenance of an automation and improvement pipeline through gathering inputs, documenting ideas, and tracking progress.
- Conduct process documentation activities, including preparation of As-Is and To-Be workflows, and support basic quantification of expected benefits.
- Collaborate with development teams to support requirement documentation, testing, and deployment of solutions.
- Participate in workshops and discussions to gather requirements and support solution design activities.
- Prepare presentation materials, reports, and documentation to support communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for information gathering, task tracking, and alignment on project deliverables.
Contribute to documentation standards, templates, and reusable artefacts to support continuous improvement within the team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in business operations, process improvement, data analysis, or transformation support roles.
- Exposure to business analysis, process documentation, or project support activities.
- Experience or familiarity with process areas such as Demand-to-Quote, Order-to-Fulfilment, Issue-to-Resolution, Invoice-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire, Data & Information Management, or Sales Operations.
- Basic understanding of enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or equivalent platforms is advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), with familiarity in AI Builder or similar low-code AI capabilities (e.g. document processing, classification, prediction).
- Basic knowledge of RPA technologies such as UiPath or Power Automate Desktop.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working in project or Agile delivery environments.
