The EA team at Coinbase works as a centralized team, where we are cross trained to support each other and provide flexibility across teams. This role in particular will have insight across the company rather than just one business unit and will gain a 360 understanding of how the company operates and how teams work together.
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
- Supporting 1 VP + floating to cover additional executives as needed
- Complex calendar management, travel, expenses, meeting agendas
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners in recruiting, EWX, etc
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- Flexibility - this role will require working with executives across multiple teams and time zones
- Can do attitude - No job is too big or too small
- Proactive, self starter

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
Pay Range:
$113,900—$134,000 USD
