The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $76,500 - $112,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do in This Role

  • Support the planning and delivery of HR initiatives and cross-functional projects by coordinating collaborators, maintaining timelines and action trackers, and driving follow-through on key results.
  • Support HR leadership with executive communications, calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and expense administration.
  • Assist with HR reporting, communications, and employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, team events, employee experience/engagement initiatives, and business reviews.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, dashboards and follow-up action items.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and contribute to an engaging new hire experience.
  • Develop and coordinate HR communications, employee meetings, and engagement activities.
  • Assess progress against milestones and help coordinate follow-through across teams.
  • Support town halls, leadership forums, and organizational communications.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for HR leadership.
  • Process and manage expense reporting in accordance with company policies.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in HR coordination, executive support, office administration, project coordination, or similar business support function.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and AI-enabled efficiency tools.
  • Proven track record coordinating projects, meetings, events, and administrative processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
