Key Responsibilities
Sales Planning, Dashboard Creation & Business Operations
- Coordinate with the Sales Team, Sales Support team and Commercial team for sales planning and operational activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly Truck Order dispatch plans and participate in sales planning meetings to consolidate planning data for management review.
- Prepare, maintain, and publish periodic business reports and dashboards.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasting exercises.
- Monitor sales targets and maintain target tracking reports.
- Track Partner business and key accounts performance, and coordinate incentive-related activities.
- Prepare management presentations, business review reports and performance summaries for Sales Leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and digital tools.
Forecasting & Commercial Support
- Support Order Intake (OI) planning and forecasting activities.
- Consolidate forecast data from regional sales teams.
- Support pricing, margin tracking, and sales performance analysis.
SAP, CRM & Data Quality Support
- Maintain and update business data within SAP ERP and assist in Sales Territory Mapping activities.
- Coordinate with Central IT for master data updates and system-related issues.
- Support CRM data quality initiatives and ensure timely updates of sales information.
Operational Support & Compliance
- Support ISO, internal audits, and compliance-related documentation.
- Maintain process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), trackers, and business records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Finance, HR, IT, and other internal stakeholders for smooth business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline. (Post Graduation/MBA preferred)
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Sales Planning, or a similar analytical role.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dashboards)
- Microsoft Power BI
- SAP ERP
- Strong understanding of reporting, forecasting, and business planning processes
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Sales Planning, or a similar analytical role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and dashboards
- Microsoft Power BI experience
- SAP ERP experience
- Strong understanding of reporting, forecasting, and business planning processes
- Postgraduate degree or MBA
