Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high quality personal assistant support to the Chief Corporate Development Officer as well as Group Chief People team
- Acting as the point of contact among executives across VEON footprint, employees, clients and other external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing/maintaining diaries and arranging meetings
- Organizing travel schedules and preparing itineraries, arranging visas if applicable
- Filtering messages, incoming telephone calls and all other forms of correspondence as appropriate
- Organizing conference calls, meetings and all logistics involved (hotel, transport etc.)
- Establishing and maintaining efficient office systems, e.g. correspondence management, filing etc.
- Making draft correspondence/presentations (PowerPoint) as required
- Managing of several overviews relevant for the VEON
Critical Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to the management team or a Board level executive
- Experience with working in an international environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Fluency in English is a must
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Flexible in approach and being prepared to work outside normal working hours
- Bachelor’s degree
- Highly confidential with a superb high attention to detail
