Support the CEO Office and Chief of Staff by coordinating and synthesizing inputs across HQ and OpCos into executive-ready Board and CEO materials, drafting leadership communications, coordinating leadership meetings and events, and contributing to strategic initiatives to ensure alignment, governance, and clear executive narratives.

Provide high-quality executive and personal assistant support to senior leaders, managing calendars, travel and visas, meetings and logistics, correspondence, filings, and stakeholder communications. Prepare presentations, maintain office systems, and act as a confidential point of contact across an international organization during a 4-month maternity cover.
