Support the CEO Office and Chief of Staff by coordinating and synthesizing inputs across HQ and OpCos into executive-ready Board and CEO materials, drafting leadership communications, coordinating leadership meetings and events, and contributing to strategic initiatives to ensure alignment, governance, and clear executive narratives.

Lead end-to-end cross-border M&A for VEON Group across frontier markets and digital verticals (FinTech, Digital Banking, Entertainment). Drive strategic analysis, opportunity identification, valuation, financial modelling, due diligence and deal structuring. Manage multi-jurisdictional transactions, coordinate legal/regulatory/operational workstreams, influence investors and stakeholders, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement the Group's DO1440 digital growth strategy.

Lead VEON's global external media, financial communications and reputation agenda. Develop and execute media strategy, manage financial/earnings media engagement, drive proactive storytelling and executive visibility, own crisis communications, coordinate cross-market media activity, manage HQ media resources and agencies, and measure media impact to protect and amplify the Group's reputation.
