We are seeking an Executive Assistant to assist with the company’s operating activities and support the CEO and Leadership Team.
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the CEO and Leadership Team.
- Assist with general office administration, such as ordering supplies and managing our regular vendors.
- Accounts support, including bank reconciliations.
- HR support, including assisting with onboarding and offboarding of employees, maintaining records, assisting with international travel arrangements.
- Event coordination for internal company events.
What we are are looking for:
- 3+ years' experience as a personal assistant
- Experience in tech or startup environment
- Familiarity with Xero, Asana and Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Aptitude for learning new software
