Position Overview

At Zühlke, we believe innovation starts with people who bring structure, clarity, and trust into complex environments. As Executive Assistant to the CEO Switzerland and members of the C-Level Leadership Team, you will play a key role in enabling our leadership team to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international, and people-centric organization.This is more than a traditional assistant role - you are a trusted partner, a proactive coordinator, and someone who ensures smooth collaboration across executive, board, and stakeholder levels.

How you will make an impact

  • You independently manage and coordinate all administrative and organizational matters for the CEO Switzerland and selected C-Level executives.

  • You organize, prepare, and follow up on executive and leadership meetings, including agenda management, documentation, and minutes.

  • You ensure that strategic priorities, decisions, and action items are tracked and followed through reliably.

  • You proactively coordinate calendars, travel planning, and complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones.

  • You prepare high-quality presentations, decision papers, reports, and executive communications with precision and professionalism.

  • You act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and contribute to smooth communication flows.

  • You bring structure and clarity into dynamic situations and help leadership teams stay focused on what matters most.

  • You continuously look for ways to improve processes, simplify coordination, and increase efficiency within executive operations.

  • You have a commercial background and ideally further education as an Executive Assistant or in a similar field.

  • You bring several years of experience in a comparable executive support role, ideally supporting senior executives or C-Level stakeholders in an international environment.

  • You are highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with calmness and attention to detail.

  • You work independently, think ahead, and handle confidential matters with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

  • You have excellent communication skills and know how to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.

  • You have a strong service mindset and enjoy supporting others with reliability and positive energy.

  • You are highly proficient in MS Office and comfortable preparing professional presentations and executive documents.

  • You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken.

Skills Required

  • Several years of experience in an executive support role
  • Experience supporting senior executives or C-Level stakeholders in an international environment
  • Commercial background
  • Further education as an Executive Assistant or in a similar field
  • Highly organized, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, think ahead, and handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Excellent communication skills; confident interaction with senior stakeholders
  • Strong service mindset; reliable and positive
