This is a hybrid role in Arlington, VA.
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of numerous high level executives.
Key Areas of Responsibility
As a member of the Office Services Team - provide exceptional executive level administrative support to the various Executives and Team members.
Perform administrative assignments at senior-level, including but not limited to:
Manage all aspects of complex calendar and scheduling requirements to include travel arrangements, both domestic and international
Coordinate and schedule meetings to include arranging audio/visual requirements, and conference room preparation (scheduling, set-up, etc.) and logistics
Prepare and process expense reports and applicable invoices
Create and modify presentations, spreadsheets and organizational charts
Assist with additional duties as necessary
Additional Complexities and Other Considerations:
To be successful in this role, the individual should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively
Basic Qualifications
Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
Education and Experience
AA/AS Degree required; BS/BA Degree preferred
5+ years of administrative support. Executive admin. experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
· Advanced skills in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience using Concur for business travel management
Experience in an international and/or complex matrixes business environment
