They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO and drive operational efficiency across projects and business activities.
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Founder/CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, projects, communications, and business priorities. This role requires a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple responsibilities, anticipate needs, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Location: Lagos - Victoria Island
Pay: 200k

What You'll Do
Manage the Founder/CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and key priorities.
Coordinate communication and follow-ups with clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
Organize project documentation, maintain records, and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Conduct research, source materials, and support procurement activities for ongoing projects.
Prepare reports, presentations, and track action items to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Who You Are
Highly proficient in Notion, task management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communicator with strong research, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
Professional, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
