Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level support primarily to the Practice Group Leader for Assurance, with additional support to the extended operations team as needed. Work independently and proactively to manage priorities, workloads and project timelines.
- Oversee complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing agendas and pre-meeting materials.
- Proactively manage email communications, applying sound judgment to prioritize tasks and keeping your leader informed of critical matters.
- Leverage the organization’s technology stack to maintain records, track projects, manage billing, and monitor reporting.
- Manage sensitive and confidential business matters with discretion while providing support on special projects.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, itinerary planning, and managing expense reports. - Act as a liaison between the executives and other departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
Establish and maintain a rapport with internal clients and vendors. - Support event planning and team activities by coordinating schedules, sending invitations, securing venues, arranging catering, and managing travel and accommodations.
- Work closely with the administrative team throughout the different practices to collaborate on joint initiatives and projects.
- Manage special projects assigned by the executives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of executive-level administrative support experience, preferably within a professional services firm.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
