Respond to routine communications and follow up with vendors, contractors, and clients

Maintain calendars, appointments, and reminders

Organize files, documents, and company records

Expense Tracking & Operations

Track company expenses and receipts

Maintain organized records for projects and property-related expenses

Assist with invoice collection and vendor payments

Prepare basic financial summaries and reports

Research & Project Assistance

Conduct online research related to properties, contractors, vendors, materials, permits, and market trends

Assist with gathering bids and coordinating project information

Help organize project timelines and task tracking

AI & Technology Support

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve workflows and productivity

Create templates, summaries, and process documentation using AI tools

Help streamline administrative and operational tasks through technology
