ResponsibilitiesAs an Executive Assistant, your impact will be:
- Provide high-level executive support, including both operational and administrative responsibilities.
- Act as a reliable point of contact between the C-level and internal teams, executives, external partners and customers .
- Manage a complex, dynamic calendar, prioritize meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, cross-functional sessions, and offsite events across multiple time zones.
- Handle end-to-end travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Process and track expense reports and purchase orders, ensuring timely approvals.
- Review, manage, and prioritize all incoming communications, meeting invites, and requests — escalating or responding as appropriate.
- Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure consistent, reliable support for senior management.
- Handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced working environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills — able to manage competing priorities without letting anything fall through the cracks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hebrew
- A service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills — you treat everyone like a client.
- High flexibility and availability — comfortable supporting urgent matters and working across time zones.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate needs, flag issues early, and offer thoughtful solutions.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, summarize information, draft communications, and streamline administrative workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a natural ability to follow through.
- Comfortable under pressure — remains calm, focused, and effective in a fast-changing environment.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
