- Ensure the day-to-day management of the office
- Manage mail, generic emails and calls
- Organize physical and digital archiving
- Prepare administrative documents and reports
- Monitor supplier and service provider contract
- Administrative coordination with the sites
- Preparation of site access files (badges,
documents)
- Tracking staff travel (travel, accommodation)

Profil
Knowledge / Skills
and Competencies:
- Experience
in a mining, industrial or construction company highly appreciated
- Excellent
organization and priority management
- Proficiency
in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Rigor – autonomy –
discretion – responsiveness – ability to manage several emergencies.
Training / Education
Requirements:
- Bac
+2 or Bac +5 in management, administration or HR
Experience required:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar position
Language
Requirements:
- Professional English appreciated
