This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to their leadership team. Over the past few years, they have solidified their reputation as a forward-thinking investment firm with a track record of strategic growth and market leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date information within complex Excel spreadsheets.

  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and diligently track key deliverables and deadlines.

  • Prepare and populate standardized template documents for client reporting, internal operations, and other business needs.

  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the seamless operation of the executive office.

  • Serve as a central communication point using various platforms.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a mandatory requirement for this position.

  • Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

  • The ability to proactively anticipate needs and manage tasks efficiently without constant oversight.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Qualifications:

  • A background or demonstrated interest in finance or investments is a significant advantage.

  • A self-starter attitude, with an eagerness to learn new systems and processes quickly.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
