FuriosaAI is seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as a proactive and adaptable partner to our leadership. This role focuses on maximizing executive productivity and strategic alignment as we scale globally. You will manage complex schedules and drive operational best practices, navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities to ensure our leaders remain focused on high-impact initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Priority Management - Align the executive's time with core business priorities to ensure every hour is focused on high-impact initiatives. Proactively manage complex scheduling, provide comprehensive briefing materials, and track post-meeting action items to ensure timely execution.
Communication & Liaison - Serve as a strategic primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Synthesize complex information into concise updates and manage leadership-driven initiatives.
Operational Excellence - Execute high-stakes administrative tasks with uncompromising precision, including travel coordination, expense management, and the handling of confidential documentation. Proactively identify and streamline executive workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, ideally within a high-growth global technology company.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
A proven ability to anticipate needs before they arise and navigate ambiguity with a solution-oriented approach.
Exceptional ability to manage complex, time-sensitive tasks with precision in a fast-paced environment that demands both speed and meticulous attention to detail.
Native-level fluency in both Korean and English
Prior experience in global AI, Semiconductor, or Deep Tech environments.
Proven success in supporting leadership through rapid organizational scaling
Ability to translate complex technical/business context into actionable executive briefings and insights.
Fluent in Google Workspace and modern collaboration tools with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems to optimize operations.
