FuriosaAI is seeking our first Executive Assistant (CEO) to serve as a proactive and adaptable partner to our CEO and C-suite leadership. As a first hire in this function, it won’t just be about managing day-to-day; but you will build processes, rhythms, and standards that support runs on as we scale globally.
This role is about maximizing executive productivity and strategic alignment as business expands globally. You will manage complex, cross border schedules and establish operating best practices from the ground up, and manage a wide range of stakeholders — navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities so our leaders stay focused on high-impact initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Align CEO’s time with core business priorities so every hour goes to high impact work.
Manage complex multi-zone scheduling and also actively try to find ways to resolve conflicts.
Build strong working relationships across global offices, investors, partners and customers in need to support the CEO and schedules.
Prepare comprehensive briefing materials ahead of key meetings if needed.
Track post meeting action items through to completion.
Design and implement work flows, systems and standards for executive operations as we scale.
Coordinate and manage global travel arrangements and expenses.
Manage expenses, confidential information/documentation with discretion.
Identify and remove any operational bottlenecks before it slows leadership’s workflow.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a high-growth global technology company.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
A proven ability to anticipate needs before they arise and navigate ambiguity with a solution-oriented approach.
Exceptional ability to manage complex, time-sensitive tasks with precision in a fast-paced environment that demands both speed and meticulous attention to detail.
Fluent language skills in Korean and English.
Prior experience in rapid growing global IT companies.
Proven success in providing full spectrum executive support in a scale up company.
Ability to translate complex technical/business context into actionable executive briefings and insights.
Fluent in Google Workspace and modern collaboration tools with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems to optimize operations.
