KBR is seeking an Executive Assistant dedicated to providing comprehensive executive support and mission assistance across multiple functions or business areas within customer offices. The responsibilities of this position span a range of stakeholder support activities, including managing calendars, drafting and preparing correspondence, assembling read-ahead materials, and coordinating travel arrangements. These tasks require strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with high-level government contacts. Some responsibilities may be transactional, necessitating a proactive, can-do attitude and professional demeanor. Success in this role also depends on a solid understanding of professionalism and familiarity with the Intelligence Community (IC) environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive support to include managing calendars, schedules, and access control duties
Screen, prioritize, and manage all incoming/outgoing communications
Exercise independent judgement on workflow and priorities
Interact with high-ranking officials and Prepare read-ahead materials and background briefings
Support USG travel requests and reporting to include domestic/international travel (flights, hotels, visas, passports
Process travel vouchers and accounting
Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
Coordinate VIP logistics (parking, security clearances, escorting)
Support daily office functions regarding phones, mail, supplies, & equipment
Perform records management, inventory management and prioritization of tasks
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required for consideration
5 years of experience working within an IC/DoD supporting daily business operations as an administrative assistant with a Bachelor’s degree
In lieu of a 4-year Bachelor’s degree: 10 years of relative experience and a High School Diploma OR GED Equivalent can be accepted
Must have experience supporting the IC with knowledge of structures & processes
Strong oral and written communication skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation)
Experience interacting with high-level government officials
Adaptability and professional demeanor combined with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships are required.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office and standard and/or proprietary computer applications
