Job Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Responsible for the complete employee lifecycle documentation, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exit procedures.
- Labor Dispute and Arbitration
- Participate in employee dispute handling, assist in labor arbitration preparation, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Employee Care and Culture Building
- Plan and implement employee care initiatives, including cultural activities, recognition programs, and feedback collection, to enhance cohesion and sense of belonging.
- Employee Relations Management
- Maintain daily employee communications, track employee satisfaction, and provide constructive suggestions to management.
- Other HR Support
- Support HRBP with employee engagement projects and complete other employee relations–related tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related fields.
- 2+ years of employee relations or HR experience, with practical experience in handling labor arbitration/disputes preferred.
- Strong skills in employee care initiatives and building organizational culture.
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle management and HR documentation processes.
- Excellent communication, empathy, problem-solving ability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or related fields
