This is not a traditional administrative role. You will be deeply involved in core business operations, helping management drive the implementation of strategic decisions while supporting client acquisition in the US market, investor relations, and international business development.
The position requires close collaboration with executives in both China and the US, managing complex cross-time-zone operations, and participating in domestic and international business activities, client meetings, and strategic project support as business needs dictate.
Skills Required
- Experience supporting C-level executives and senior management
- Experience in corporate strategy and operational analysis
- Proven ability to execute and manage key cross-functional projects
- Cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder management experience
- Experience supporting client acquisition in the US market
- Experience in investor relations and international business development
