- 3-5 years of experience in executive support roles with proven administrative excellence.
- Outstanding calendar management skills with experience supporting multiple executives.
- Experience with expense management systems and travel booking
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and travel booking systems
- Track record of high fidelity, high integrity decision making
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and care
