Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership within our healthcare organization. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years’ experience serving as an executive or administrative assistant, or comparable support role.
- Previous executive assistant experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and act with urgency
- High level of professionalism, judgment, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level, day-to-day support to an executive leader, managing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Coordinate and optimize complex calendars, meetings, and executive communications
- Prepare briefings, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Act as a strategic liaison between the executive, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
- Coordinate travel, events, and key organizational initiatives
- Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems to ensure seamless operations
