Our team is looking for a positive, high-energy, and organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Executive Team. The EA will be the primary administrative resource for our CTO, COO, CMO, CPO, and Chief Merchant, acting as a liaison and ensuring smooth communication between our senior leaders and both internal and external stakeholders. We're looking for someone passionate about our mission and excited to be a part of our rapidly growing company.
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for members of our C-suite including: managing calendars; collaborating effectively with others to coordinate multiple, cross-company scheduling needs; monitoring and responding to emails and Slacks; organizing travel and agendas
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming requests and concerns addressed to the C-suite team where appropriate, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
- Serves as a strategic partner to our C-suite, having a pulse on the business, and always coming up with proactive and creative solutions that are best for the entire business
- Assists the C-suite in creating presentations and coordinating off-site events, leadership meetings, and company-wide meetings

- Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000/Per Year.
- Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.
- Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health and Wellness Benefits, Flexible PTO, and more!
- This position follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office attendance required three days per week, as well as traveling to our HQ office in Los Angeles, California, twice a year for all-company summits; once in the summer and once in the winter.
