About the Role: Executive Assistant
Job Location: Bangalore
Job Summary:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing travel. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas and materials ● Handle official and personal travel arrangements and expense reports ● Draft and proofread correspondence and report
- Manage all banking / investment operations
- Maintain confidential information and manage sensitive documents ● Assist with project management and other tasks as needed
- Manage any other coordination official or personal work
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in private banks. ● Proficient in MS Office and other office management tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills along with strong
communication and interpersonal abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality
Shift:
- Should be fine working in US Shift (6 pm- 3 am IST)
