About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant based in the Philippines to support our two Co-Chief Executive Officers. This is a senior role for an experienced EA who thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and enjoys being at the centre of communication, organisation, and delivery. This role goes beyond traditional administration — we are looking for someone proactive, intellectually curious, and eager to grow. Over time, the successful candidate will take on broader responsibilities including document editing and review, research, and special project coordination / execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to both Co-CEOs, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones, and coordinating travel.
  • Manage confidential correspondence, meeting preparation, and follow-ups with discretion and accuracy.
  • Support personal administration for the Co-CEOs, including household, family, and travel logistics.
  • Prepare and edit professional documents, proposals, reports, and presentations in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Document design and layout skills are an added bonus but not essential.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including liaising with HR Crowd’s leadership team and global partners.
  • Conduct research, compile summaries, and assist with special projects as directed.
  • Maintain task lists, priorities, and progress tracking on behalf of the Co-CEOs.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure both Co-CEOs are fully briefed and prepared for key meetings and deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years experience as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, ideally in a professional services, consulting, or technology environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Confident using Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and modern collaboration tools.
  • Strong document formatting, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Trustworthy with confidential information and professional in all interactions.
  • Self-motivated, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and resilient — able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and time zones.
