About The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Group Chief Financial Officer. This is a pivotal role that provides direct support at enterprise level, working in a fast‑paced environment where professionalism, sound judgement and forward planning are essential.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CFO’s office - managing complex schedules, coordinating communications, and enabling effective decision‑making across a broad stakeholder group.
Provide high‑level executive, administrative and office support to the Group CFO
Manage complex and competing diary priorities, meetings, and travel requirements
Coordinate and quality‑check board and committee documentation and submissions
Triage and prioritise all incoming communication, ensuring timely follow‑up and responses
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support the smooth running of the Finance Leadership Team where required
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, accuracy and discretion at all times
